Privacy Policy

FACES uses its best efforts to respect the privacy of its online visitors. At our site, we do not collect personally identifiable information from individuals unless they provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. In general, you can visit FACES on the Web without telling us who you are or revealing anything about yourself.  This means we do not require you to register or provide information to us in order to view our site. FACES only gathers personally identifiable data, such as names, addresses, zip/postal codes, e-mail addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by a visitor. For example, personally identifiable information may be collected in order for a visitor to make a donation online. FACES’ lists are never sold to third parties. We will only share personally identifiable information with third parties when the person submitting the information authorizes us to share it or we are required to by law.

Our Web server automatically recognizes the domain name of each visitor to the site, but not the e-mail address (where possible). This IP address tells us which domain you visited from (e.g. aol.com). We use the information we record to help diagnose problems with our server and to improve the content of our Web page. The information is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.

Visitors should be aware that non-personal information and data may be automatically collected by FACES’ Website through the use of “cookies.” FACES uses “cookie” technology only to obtain non-personal information from its online visitors in order to improve visitors’ online experience and facilitate their visit within our site.

Credit Card Information

FACES has contracted the services of fulfillment partners to process credit card donations submitted online. Our partner’s secured server encrypts your credit card information so that it may be safely transmitted over the Web. Your credit card information will not be released by FACES or its banking partner to any other party.

Refund Policy

The Refund Policy of FACES is for your ease of mind and confidence in our foundation. If for any reason you wish a refund, please contact us, either by calling us at 305-801-6473 or by e-mail (info@faces-ngo.org). If donations were made with a credit card, please tell us the date of your transaction, the amount, the credit card number and expiration date. (Sensitive data is not in our files to protect privacy.) Refunds will be issued by check and sent via surface mail within 30 days.

Delivery Policy for Non-Profit and Donation Pages

A receipt detailing your Donation will be sent to the specified email address at the time of completion of Donation form and can be used as a tax deductible reciept. If you require a mailed copy or a faxed copy of your receipt please contact us at 305-801-6473 or email us at info@faces-ngo.org. There are no deliverable products at this time.
